If you sign up to the list, we collect your email address, when you signed up, the consent wording you agreed to and a random unsubscribe code. If you use the contact or pickup-enquiry form, we collect your name, email, and — for a pickup enquiry — your mobile number and the order details you give us (piece, colour, preferred days, message). When the site checkout is switched on, we'll also collect your order details (what you bought, the price, the delivery or pickup choice). This site uses no cookies, analytics or tracking.

When you submit a form, our rate limits use your IP address briefly to stop abuse, and Cloudflare logs requests for a short time for security. We don't store your IP address against your sign-up, your enquiry or your order.

When the site checkout is switched on, payment is handled by Stripe. Your card details are entered directly into Stripe and never touch our servers.

To send a welcome email now, your 20% first-order discount when Maik opens, occasional news about new pieces, and to reply to your enquiry or fulfil your order. We don't sell it or share it for anyone else's marketing.

With Cloudflare, which runs this site, stores the sign-up list and enquiries, and sends our emails. Cloudflare may process data outside Australia. Payment information, once the checkout is switched on, is held by Stripe under its own privacy policy.

If you unsubscribe, we stop emailing you and keep only a note that you unsubscribed so we don't email you again. We delete it entirely if you ask.
