Tracked postage is a flat A$12 per order, added at checkout. There is no free-shipping threshold. Studio collection and international shipping are not available.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply to every purchase, including made-to-order and sale items. If a product has a major failure, you can choose a refund or replacement. For a minor fault, we will provide a remedy as required by law, usually a free repair. Further remedies may apply if a problem cannot be fixed within a reasonable time.
To report a fault or delivery damage, email hello@maik.com.au with your order details and a description of the problem. Photos can help us assess it. Original packaging is not required for a faulty-product claim. We will reimburse reasonable return costs when a fault is confirmed.
Contact hello@maik.com.au to ask about changing an order or a change-of-mind return. Changing your mind does not by itself create a right to a refund under Australian Consumer Law. This does not limit your rights when goods are faulty, unsafe or do not match their description.
